Terms and Conditions of Sale of R.R. SERVICE S.r.l.
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase of works of art made at a distance through the website www.brandyroger.it owned by R.R. SERVICE S.r.l., with registered office in Sarre, Aosta, Frazione La Remise 36.
1.2 Each purchase transaction shall be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/03 (e-commerce). The protection of privacy is regulated by Legislative Decree 196/03 (Privacy Code) and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
2.1 The sales contract is considered concluded when R.R. SERVICE S.r.l. accepts the purchase order sent by the customer. R.R. SERVICE S.r.l. shall promptly send the customer an order confirmation via email.
2.2 By sending the purchase order electronically, the customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3.1 The Customer shall read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before placing the purchase order.
3.2 The Customer shall print or save a copy of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
4.1 The order sent by the Customer constitutes a purchase proposal.
4.2 R.R. SERVICE S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept orders in the event of unavailability of the work, errors in the price or description of the work, or inability to process the order for any reason.
5.1 The customer can purchase works online, by telephone or by email.
5.2 The price of the works is indicated on the website and includes VAT. Shipping costs are calculated according to the size of the work and the place of delivery and are indicated before the order confirmation.
5.3 At the time of purchase, the customer must provide his personal data, shipping address, VAT number and tax code.
6.1 Payment can be made by PayPal or bank transfer.
6.2 In case of payment by bank transfer, the work will be shipped only after the amount has been credited to the current account of R.R. SERVICE S.r.l..
6.3 Please note that: all orders are sent to R.R. SERVICE S.r.l., an Italian company. If the customer's credit/debit card or other payment method is not denominated in the same currency as the purchase, the final price is charged in the currency of the card. This amount is calculated and charged by the card issuer. R.R. SERVICE S.r.l. has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact the issuing bank for further information before sending the order.
6.4 Other payment methods
The various payment methods offered can be viewed on the payment page, where the customer can choose one of the methods available in his or her country. We reserve the right to add or delete payment methods from time to time at our discretion. Our payment requests can only be settled by undisputed or final and irrevocable credits.
We have the right to change the products listed on the websites at any time and without notice. However, such changes do not apply to products for which the customer has placed an order.
8.1 R.R. SERVICE S.r.l. shall take care of the insured shipment of the works to the customer's domicile.
8.2 Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the place of destination.
8.3 Shipping costs are indicated before the order confirmation.
8.4 Upon receipt of the products, all risks of damage or loss pass to the customer.
9.1. Withdrawal procedure
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with us within 14 days of receipt of the products, without giving reasons.
The right of withdrawal begins on the day on which the order is sent and ends 14 days after the date of receipt of the order (hereinafter referred to as 'withdrawal deadline'). The customer is obliged to return the products by the withdrawal deadline.
Please note that it is not possible to return personalised products or, for reasons of hygiene and safety, jewellery that can be pierced. This does not affect the customer's legal rights.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send a notice of withdrawal from the order (by e-mail or registered letter) by the deadline date.
The refund will be made within fourteen (14) working days from the day we receive the returned products.
Keep the delivery documents until reimbursement is received.
If the returned item was purchased in a currency other than the customer's, the refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the price originally paid.
10.1 R.R. SERVICE S.r.l. reserves the right to terminate the contract, pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code, in the event of total or partial non-payment of the price of the work, upon written notice to the customer.

11.2 R.R. SERVICE S.r.l. will respond to complaints within 7 working days.
12.1 This contract is governed by Italian law.
12.2 For any dispute arising from this contract, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy (Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code).
13.1 The customer may make use of the out-of-court dispute resolution procedures provided for in the Consumer Code (Art. 141 et seq.), such as mediation or assisted negotiation.
14.1 R.R. SERVICE S.r.l. guarantees the conformity of the works sold to the characteristics described on the website and to the regulations in force (art. 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
15.1 The Customer may request information on its rights and on the complaint and appeal procedures by contacting R.R. SERVICE S.r.l. or by consulting the website of the Italian Antitrust Authority (AGCM).
